Dr. Allie offers coaching services that are personalized to clients and their specific goals. This might be targeting a goal race, getting into running fitness or returning to healthy running habits after injury.

All coaching includes personalized training plans, unlimited 1-1 communication, monthly video call check-ins, and specific race support as needed. Athletes also have access to a shared running community.

New Runners

New runners need guidance on how to build a health habit around running, strategies to gain strength and endurance, and have specific needs related to coaching. If you’re a newbie, start here.
